I’ve been searching for scholarships to study in the UK, and it’s been a bit tricky. There are so many programs out there, but a lot of them have specific rules, like only for certain countries or certain degrees. I found a few well-known ones like Chevening and Commonwealth, but I was hoping to find more options that are easier to apply for.
While searching, I came across The Updates. They have a list of British scholarships for international students for 2025–2026. It helped me see which ones are still open and what the requirements are, which saved me some time.
Has anyone here actually received a UK scholarship before? Were the applications super hard? I’d really like to know which ones are worth trying for and if the smaller university scholarships are easier to get.
