I am considering switching to a certified automotive service provider for my next major service because I want the peace of mind that comes with trained technicians and proper equipment. The price difference is significant though so I am trying to decide if it is justified. For those who have made the switch from independent garages to certified centers did you notice a real difference in work quality or diagnostic accuracy? I am willing to pay more for actual value but not just for a fancy waiting room and a logo on the wall.
