How do I calculate end-of-service gratuity in UAE?

I think I might be calculating my gratuity wrong and it’s starting to confuse me. I’ve been working in UAE for a few years now, and when I tried to estimate my end-of-service benefits, the numbers didn’t match what I expected. I used one of those online tools like a basic UAE gratuity calculator online just to get an idea, but I’m not sure if I’m entering things correctly or if I’m missing something important in the formula. Has anyone faced the same issue? How do you guys usually calculate it properly without making mistakes? Would really appreciate some guidance
