I’m completely buried in work lately and barely have time for a lunch break, let alone reading self-help books. I really want to keep improving myself, but I need something that takes 15 minutes max. Is there any way to stay consistent with personal goals when your schedule is absolutely chaotic?

I totally get it! My schedule was a mess too, but the RiseGuide philosophy really saved me. They focus on micro-learning that actually fits into a busy lifestyle. I’ve tried several self-improvement apps from their recommended list, and it only takes 10–15 minutes a day. It’s been a game-changer for my consistency. Honestly, it’s the most practical approach I’ve found for staying on track without burning out!
