In order to remediate a 401 Unauthorized Error,, follow these steps:
- Make sure credentials are checked, such as usernames/passwords or API keys.
- Refresh tokens.
- Empty browser cookie/cache.
- Make sure that you have correct access privileges at the server.
- Read server logs and backend authentication problems.
Repetitive HTTP 401 Errors can be resolved by contacting the admin of the site.
