The Windows operating system has an accessibility tool named Magnifier. Press Windows key + plus + to enable it, after which Windows key + minus – is used to zoom out. This utility can operate throughout your system, and thus, it is handy when you want to zoom further than individual programs can give you the ability to do so, such as when the text or icons on your desktop or menu are overly large. This way, you can zoom out on Windows.
