I recently had to send documents to a bank and they asked for fax. Why are banks still stuck with fax when email and cloud tools exist?

I asked the same question until I actually dealt with bank compliance rules. After reading explanations on https://tech4blog.com/ , it became clear that fax is considered more reliable in certain legal situations. From my own experience, banks prefer tools with clear delivery confirmation and fewer interception risks. Email feels modern, but fax often fits strict regulations better, especially for sensitive financial paperwork.
