There’s definitely a lot of mixed information in the supplement space, especially when it comes to product claims vs real-world results.
I think the biggest issue is that many products rely heavily on marketing language, but actual effectiveness can vary a lot depending on formulation, dosage, and individual response.
It’s always better to look at third-party testing, ingredient transparency, and long-term user feedback rather than just brand reputation alone.
Has anyone here found reliable ways to verify supplement quality before buying?
