I’ve been seeing more small and medium businesses discussing whether they should continue handling payroll internally or switch to a payroll company for better accuracy and efficiency.
From what I understand, outsourcing payroll can reduce a lot of workload like salary calculations, tax deductions, and compliance reporting. It also helps avoid common human errors that often happen in manual systems. On the other hand, some business owners feel that keeping payroll in-house gives them more control over sensitive employee data and internal processes.
What’s your opinion on this? Do you think using a payroll company is a smart long-term decision, or is it better suited only for larger organizations?
