Hi everyone,
my spouse and I are looking into new construction developments around the East Valley. We walked into a gorgeous model showroom recently, and the builder’s on-site sales representative was incredibly charming, offering all sorts of limited-time upgrade incentives if we signed a contract that afternoon.
I felt pressured, so I left to check independent listings on http://homesforsalequeencreek.com instead. My coworker told me that these corporate sales reps legally only represent the builder’s financial interests, not the buyer’s protection. Has anyone gone into a new build design phase completely unrepresented? Did you get taken advantage of?
